What is your role at Ava Recovery? What does that look like day to day?
Being the Lead Resident Technician starts with helping providing a safe, healthy, comfortable environment for our residents and our Resident Tech staff.

I have worked in addiction treatment for over a decade.
Why do you love working at Ava Recovery?
Ava Recovery is so special because of the culture. Nobody gets left out or left behind. People are genuinely happy to work here. The clients come first and are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We are the gold standard in treatment because of the passion we bring as a staff and the personal accountability we give to the clients.
Why do you love working in this industry?
Seeing the lights come on in people. Seeing them come in desperate for change and seeing them work hard and change.
What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally?
Facilitating groups. I love to share knowledge that was imparted on me by much wiser men and women. Also sharing my own person story of recovery. Personally? Recovery, Family, Friends, Jay-Z, Blink-182, Xbox, D and D, Cats, Dogs and WWE.
